Sophia Williams and Tomasz Wyroba reopened the Mill Bistro at Seiont Riverside Camping in May 2013.  Sophia who has a wealth of experience with managing hotels and restaurants for the past 20 years and Tomasz who has cooked for the best restaurants in both Wales and the UK  have now  a welcoming Cafe with bar serving the finest food and offering local ales and great wines. Imaginative menus created by our chef Tomasa ensures that you will always find something to tempt your palate. We specialise in dishes using quality fresh local ingredients, prepared in a modern British style.

 

The Mill’s home is a characterful old woollen mill seeped in history situated at the heart of Seiont Riverside camping in the small hamlet of Pontrug  situated between Caernarfon and Llanberis. Our menus are created using the finest local ingredients from our local suppliers and provides flexibility in choice with all dietary requirements catered for. Welsh Black Beef  and Lamb from Llanfair Farm. We offer a full Welsh breakfast complete with Lava bread for the early risers, light lunches and snacks (including our home made burger) and brasserie menu available on Friday and Saturday in the evening. Enjoy your meal in the Mill or relaxing on the balcony, enjoy a leisurely drink at the bar offering local ales and fine wines.
